Winterization
One of the most common problems with bentgrass greens in the spring, is the appearance of pink snow mold. This is a fungus that infects your turf after snow and ice have covered the green for a time. The springtime thawing conditions are ideal for this disease. You can prevent the fungus from attacking by applying a preventative fungicide late in the fall before the snow flies.
