Shipping: Manuals are mailed First Class and Products are mailed 2 Day Priority (US Only). International Orders are shipped via Air Mail and may take significantly longer for delivery. Most orders are shipped within a week of rcpt. Ball washers, Pro Cup Cutters and other large items are not kept in stock and will require 2-3 weeks for delivery. Delivery of Hudson Star mowers will vary upon destination and in-stock status at manufacturer. Please contact us by phone or email for status of your Hudson Star Mower orders. Prices for shipping are calculated when placing order through Paypal.

Notice Revised: 01/24/12 Due to the high price of gasoline, the USPS has recently raised shipping prices significantly. Unfortunately, we have been forced to adjust our S/H costs upward. The grid below details the percentages based on your order and are calculated automatically when you purchase online through the Paypal Shopping Cart:

Under $20 total = 19% of your total order price.

$20.01 - $36 total = 23% of your total order price.

$36.01 - $120 total = 25% of your total order price.

$120.01 - $300 total = 27% of your total order price.

Over $300.01 total = 16% of your total order price.

Please note that international orders are significantly more expensive to ship. Putting-greens.com reserves the right to charge international customers additional funds to cover the cost of shipping overseas. The customer can always cancel their order. International Shipping/Handling Charge Rates:

$1 - $36 total = 44% of your total order price.

$36.01 - $120 total = 49% of your total order price.

$120.01 - $300 total = 49% of your total order price.

Over $300.01 total = 43% of your total order price.

Please be patient. If you are concerned that your order is lost or delayed, you can drop me a line to check on the status and I will confirm or you can call us (978) 465-9345, but please call after 6:00 pm e.s.t. or else nobody will be there to answer your call. If you are unable to print out the form, send detailed instructions of order.

I cannot and do not guarantee that your results will be as good as mine. I also assume no responsibility for damage or injury suffered by you to you, others or your property. By law, Seed sales have implied warantees mandated by the Federal government. If for any reason you are disatisfied with the results of seed purchased from Putting-Greens.com please contact us and we will supply you with new seed. Bentgrass seed has a shelf life not to exceed one year.

International Orders: Putting-Greens.com reserves the right to ship to foreign countries. Contact us by email to verify if shipping is available to your country. If you place an International Order, we may contact you to request additional funds to cover shipping to your country. Tracking and Insurance are highly recommended for overseas orders.

Payment Options: Putting-Greens.com accepts Paypal online payments. This secure system offers buyers the ability to pay safely, with buyer-protection, and receipt of purchase using recognized credit card or bank account (see Paypal.com) for availability outside the US and Canada. Buyers uncomfortable paying online may fill out their orders .. using the paypal shopping cart, and then simply print out that page before hitting SUBMIT.
